If you sign up to a HubSpot Professional or Enterprise package, you'll be required to sign up for onboarding, too. You can do this through HubSpot, or choose a Partner who can help.
And, even if you're on Starter and don't officially have to have onboarding, you can still join the businesses who want to know how to get the best out of the platform.
